At Farbo Fire Safety Consultants, we are passionate about protecting lives and property from the devastating effects of fire. Our founder Wayne B. Farquharson (Former Deputy Chief Fire Safety Officer - Fire Prevention Division) has 27+ years experience building the processes, systems, and service offerings of the Jamaica Fire Brigade. Wayne Farquharson introduced the international codes and standards as the basis for building plan review, approval, certifications and building inspections. He conceptualized, developed and implemented the Training Method and Process of Certifications for buildings, training and certification of Jamaica Fire Brigade Staff island-wide, the Fire Prevention Training Manual, the EMS, Fire Hydrant Maintenance program, and has saved countless lives. He was responsible for Fire Prevention and Safety island-wide, building plan review island-wide, developed the Fire Safety Concept for the Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA) and Sandals Whitehouse South Coast along with conducting Forensic Fire Investigations for Portmore Mall, Acropolis et al. Since 2007, we have provided expert fire safety consulting services to clients across Jamaica and the Caribbean.
